With a body of work encompassing film, photography, sculpture, drawings and installations, Matthew Barney has an extensive inventory of objects and materials to track. Supercosm worked with Matthew's studio staff to develop a web-based database to organize the hundreds of artworks and the thousands of materials involved in their creation. The database also tracks Matthew's exhibition, condition and location histories to make it a comprehensive tool for their production and research needs.
